I absolutely love doing artist photo sessions! Rachel has a brand new CD coming out soon, and she needed some photos for her artwork! Nothing more fun than collaborating with a fellow artist. Rachel really wanted a whimsical forest setting for the first location, so we headed out to the Nature Center at the El Dorado Regional Park in Long Beach. It was absolutely beautiful, fun bridges, all kinds of different trees, ivy, a lake, ducks, and birds flying through the air. The location made it easy to capture Rachel’s sweet spirit. Next we had a race with the sun, trying to make it to Seal Beach before it set. Just in time, I was able to capture a bit of her more playful side. She was even brave enough to go in the freezing water!! 🙂 Can’t wait to hear the album, Rachel. I’m sure it is going to be simply amazing!!
