It has been quite awhile since I’ve blogged a session, other than a quick post to Facebook and Instagram. What a busy few months it has been! Lots of weddings, maternity and family sessions, as well as keeping up with plenty of summer fun activities with my own kiddos, has meant not a ton of time to post. Happy to get a few moments this morning to post this beautiful maternity session, I was able to do a few weeks ago.

This sweet girl is so special to my heart. She has such a pure kindness to her, a gentle spirit that is so evident in how she loves her friends and family. What a privilege it has been to be a part in documenting key events for this family, their wedding, and both baby bump maternity sessions. I feel so honored.

We wanted something really calm and serene for this session, and decided that their new home would be the perfect location. Their little guy was so sweet, with his cute little expressions, in his own understanding of how life was about to change for him very soon! While he napped, his momma and I spent some time creating some gorgeous photos of her. What a natural in front of the camera!!
